Hauppauge, NY – March 2013 – ClearVision Optical recently received an InHOWse Design Award for  the design of its Marc Ecko Cut & Sew cleaning cloths.

This highly selective and well-regarded national competition, sponsored by HOW Magazine, recognizes outstanding creative work produced by individuals and groups within corporations, associations and organizations. ClearVision won a Merit Award for the cleaning cloths.

HOW’s editorial and design team evaluated more than 750 entries and selected winning projects that demonstrated an ideal mix of concept, strategy and execution.  Design teams from across the U.S., representing major corporations and organizations including Kiehl’s, Jim Beam, Old Navy, Mattel, Whole Foods, were among the winners. Entries were judged by market category and also by how effectively the design achieved the stated business goals.

“Receiving this award from such a well recognized creative publication in the consumer product category is a great honor,” said Sheila Haile, Marketing and Creative Services Manager at ClearVision.  “The Marc Ecko Cut & Sew cleaning cloth designs are a unique expression of the sexy, cool style the brand is so well known for. Their edgy designs compliment the on-trend frames well and give the customer a complete story when they select a Marc Ecko Cut and Sew frame.”
